Imagine two happily miserable
and contentedly brooding poets.
Now imagine these unsociable wordsmiths
peacefully penning their morose lines.
Then imagine the utter disruption,
the great tragedy of their meeting:
when those two kindred spirits bonded
and unwittingly sealed their poetic fate.
No longer morose or miserable
they struggled to write at all,
and their happiness soon resulted
in their common artistic fall.
Let's imagine they weren't too talented
and their loss need not be lamented.
